Scott Larson

Scott founded eCreek in 2004 after spending 8 years managing Dish Network’s 12 customer service centers worldwide. Scott loves to play golf and when he’s not playing at his home course, Meridian, he loves getting out to discover new courses.

Colter Strahan

Colter was eCreek's first employee when eCreek began in 2004. Now, an owner, he has built our IT environment and services practice from the ground up. Colter enjoys listening to and making music; collecting rare comics and video game systems; and teaching his children the joys of LEGO building.

Isaac Falkowski
Director of Operations

Isaac wears many hats at eCreek, leading our Marketing, Client Services, Human Resources, and Special Projects. Raised in Boulder, Isaac started with eCreek in 2006, and worked his way through all eCreek depts. Isaac loves snow camping! He takes pride in surviving the night with below freezing temps.

Elan Jones
Director of Business Development

Elan oversees the Sales and Growth efforts for eCreek. Elan was born and raised in Colorado, and grew up in the mountains. Fun fact, Elan is a certified Cicerone, so don’t hesitate to ask him anything about beer, he probably has an answer!

Bradley Robinson
Customer Success Manager

Bradley oversees new customer’s onboarding, client relationships, Technology Business Reviews, and road mapping our client’s technology goals. Bradley has been building computers since he was in 6th grade and has always had a passion for gaming and computing.

Patricia Field

Patricia handles Invoicing, Accounts Receivables & Payables, payroll and other administrative projects. Patricia is from the east coast and has been in Colorado for about 5 years and is a competitive amateur boxer in training for the last 3 years and is still looking for her first opponent.

Kristi Goold

Growing up in Kansas, Kristi moved to Colorado 12 years ago and has been working for eCreek ever since. She is a Microsoft and Google cloud expert. Kristi loves new challenges, from a new client’s proprietary software, to various technology issues she has never seen before.

Dexter Allagahrei

Dexter loves the "puzzle" solving aspect of the technology field. Dexter’s love for learning new things, and his family inspire Dexter every day. From drawing and painting to costume making, to wood burning, and even building his own (working) violin.

David (DJ) O’Neal
Technical Trainer

DJ grew up in Boulder, and has 8 years of experience with server administration, desktop support, graphic design, wire framing, and UAX. DJ finds inspiration in leveraging his extensive background in IT, Customer Service, Desktop Support, and Training, to assist organizations in overcoming obstacles.

Brad Limon
Engineer / Onboarding Specialist

Brad is a Colorado native with a degree in IT and a background in Cyber Security. Bradley is a huge Jurassic Park fan so be sure to ask him for a dinosaur fact if he is helping you with a ticket!

Zach Horton

Originally from the South, Zach has a degree in Computer Science (Cum Laude) with a specialization in Cyber Security. When he is not outdoors paddle boarding or kayaking, he likes to dabble in stained glass artwork. Zach takes pride in using his skills to mitigate security threats and keep clients out of harm's way.

Angela Jaquith
Senior Supervisor

Angela’s responsibilities include training, compliance, quality assurance, and coaching. Angela moved to Colorado in 2003 from Connecticut and has been with eCreek since 2008. Fun fact about Angela, she has seen her favorite band live 40 times so far.

Lou Gubitosa

Lou has extensive experience in both face-to-face and telephone sales, along with Business Ownership and Real Estate investment. He enjoys hiking along with his canine superhero companion. Lou’s heroes are successful Entrepreneurs who started with little or no outside help, because Lou has been there himself.

Jonnalyn Simbajon
Customer Service Supervisor

Jonnalyn is a leader among our Customer Service team, and a member of our First Response team. She has been working in customer service and technical support for various businesses for 15 years. Jonnalyn enjoys singing karaoke and traveling to lovely beaches and mountains.

Ochie Reyes
Customer Service

Ochie studied Computer Engineering and has been in the Computer and Customer Service industries for almost 15 years. He enjoys learning new things, traveling, and riding his motorcycle. Helping others and empowering people is what motivates Ochie the most, whether it is a colleague, friend or relative.

RJ Vera
Customer Service

Arjhay has a Diploma in Computer Engineering and has been working in the Technical Support and Customer Service industry for 14 years. Arjhay loves to travel, it takes him out of his comfort zone and inspires him to see, taste, and try new things.

Max Carrillo

Max earned her Bachelor of Science in English, and has over 5 years of experience working as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative in a variety of industries. Max loves to cook, enjoys camping, and taking long drives to see beautiful scenery.

Margarette is a member of our data analytics team and our first response support team. Margarette likes to spend her free time relaxing, socializing and interacting with family and friends. Margarette is a die-hard LeBron James fan! To her, he is a true champion on and off the court, and she can prove that!

Sandy has been in the IT industry for 10 years. Her experiences taught her that working in this industry isn't always easy, however making a difference in someone's day is always rewarding. Sandy loves traveling and has been to over 12 countries.

Jam studied Computer Science at university and has specialized in Customer service and Tech Support for 8 years now. Improving her skills and providing great service to her clients are what motivates Jam. She looks up to her mom and aspires to be as courageous as she is.
