12/17/2025 Update: I arrived in the office last Thursday only to be met with a computer on it's last breath. It died at 8:15am when I had a deadline at 8:30am! I'm sure you can easily imagine my frustration layered with the stress and burnout that December and the Holidays bring. Jon answered my support ticket, and I appreciated that he made it clear that my laptop was a priority; he was able to assess my computer onsite within the hour. He set me up with a temp, suggested a laptop based on the work I do at the organization, and retrieved my files from my desktop. I was able to return to my tasks preventing more missed deadlines. I want to highlight Jon's demeanor and approach in this work - I was very upset at the setback I was experiencing. At no point did he take it personally, he answered all my questions, and even told a joke or 2 (only 1 of them was actually funny). That means a lot when my staff and I are elevated. I am thankful for the presence he brings to our department when it can feel very rushed and chaotic. I basically want Jon to be on call for us; he can take a spot in the corner here.

We switched to eCreek this year and I have been very happy with the service I have received. They are helpful and service oriented. My only issue sometimes is that I use a Mac and some of the techs are not as up to date on Macs as others.
