Managed IT Services for Denver & Colorado Businesses
IT That Fits Your Business.
Support That Actually Shows Up.
Your business depends on technology, but that doesn’t mean you should have to manage all of it yourself.
eCreek IT is a Denver-based Managed Services Provider helping Colorado organizations manage IT, strengthen cybersecurity, meet compliance requirements, modernize cloud environments, and plan for what comes next.
Whether you need an entire outsourced IT department or an experienced partner for your existing IT team, we build support around the way your organization actually works.
All-Inclusive Managed IT. Co-Managed IT. One Local Technology Partner.
Start With the Right Level of Support
How Much IT Support Does Your Business Actually Need?
Not every organization needs the same kind of MSP.
Some businesses want one partner to take responsibility for virtually everything technology-related. Others already have talented IT people and need additional expertise, tools, capacity, or security.
That’s why eCreek offers two primary managed service models.
01 | ALL-INCLUSIVE

No internal IT department? Small team stretched too thin? Tired of managing multiple technology vendors?
We become your outsourced IT department and take responsibility for keeping your environment supported, secure, maintained, and moving forward.

You run the business. We run the IT.
02 | CO-MANAGED
Work With My IT Team

Already have an IT director, administrator, or internal technology team?
You don’t necessarily need to replace them. You may simply need to give them more resources.
Co-managed IT lets your internal team work alongside eCreek for additional expertise, tools, security, escalation support, projects, coverage, and capacity.
Best for organizations that need:
- Help desk overflow
- After-hours coverage
- Advanced cybersecurity resources
- Compliance expertise
- Escalation support
- Infrastructure and cloud expertise
- Project assistance
- Strategic guidance
- Additional capacity without another full-time hire
Your IT team stays in control. We make them stronger.
Which IT Support Model Is Right for You?
Take the 60-Second Managed IT Quiz
Not sure whether you need All-Inclusive or Co-Managed IT? Answer a few simple questions about your current team and technology environment.
Your Result
Mostly A or B → ALL-INCLUSIVE MANAGED IT
Your organization would likely benefit from having one technology partner take ownership of your IT environment, user support, security, systems, and strategy.
Mostly C → CO-MANAGED IT
You already have internal IT capabilities. eCreek can extend your team with additional tools, specialists, security, coverage, and capacity.
Mixed answers?
That’s normal. Some organizations fall somewhere between the two models. We’ll help you build the right level of support around your actual needs.

And We Help You Figure Out What Comes Next.
Technology shouldn’t just work today. It should support where your business is going.
That’s where the relationship with an MSP becomes more than support tickets. We help you make better technology decisions, plan ahead, and execute the projects that move your organization forward.
IT Strategy & vCIO
Make Technology Decisions With a Plan.
You shouldn’t have to figure out your technology roadmap alone.
Our vCIO and IT strategy services connect technology decisions to your business goals, budget, risk, and growth. We help leadership understand what needs attention now, what can wait, and where technology investments will have the greatest impact.
Strategy can include:
- Technology roadmaps and planning
- IT budgeting and forecasting
- Lifecycle and replacement planning
- Cybersecurity and risk priorities
- Vendor and technology evaluation
- Leadership guidance and accountability
- Planning for growth, new locations, or changing requirements
The goal isn’t more technology. It’s making the right technology decisions for your business.

Projects & Migrations
Plan the Change. Manage the Disruption.
New office. Cloud migration. Microsoft 365 project. Server replacement. Network upgrade. Technology consolidation.
Major IT changes require more than technical expertise. They require planning, coordination, communication, and someone accountable for getting the project across the finish line.
eCreek plans and manages technology projects and migrations with a focus on security, continuity, and minimizing disruption to your team.
Projects can include:
- Microsoft 365 and cloud migrations
- Server and infrastructure upgrades
- Network deployments and refreshes
- Office moves and new locations
- Hardware and device rollouts
- System and vendor migrations
- Technology consolidation
- Security and compliance projects
Change is inevitable. Chaos doesn’t have to be.
Built for Businesses Where Technology Really Matters
IT Support That Understands Your Industry
The technology may be similar. The risks aren’t.
A manufacturing floor doesn’t operate like a law firm. A nonprofit doesn’t have the same resources as a large corporation. Healthcare organizations have different data requirements than construction companies.
Our team supports organizations across Colorado, with particular experience in environments where uptime, security, compliance, and trust matter.

Manufacturing, Engineering + Construction
Keep offices, jobsites, production environments, applications, employees, vendors, and sensitive project information connected and protected.
From cybersecurity and cloud environments to CMMC and NIST readiness for organizations working in the defense supply chain, we help technical businesses build IT that can keep up with the work.

Law Firms
Your clients trust you with sensitive information. Your technology needs to earn that same trust.
We help Colorado law firms protect client data, support attorneys and staff, manage remote access, strengthen cybersecurity, and reduce technology interruptions.

Nonprofits
Your technology should help advance your mission, not consume resources that should be going toward it.
We help nonprofits build secure, reliable technology environments while balancing budgets, distributed teams, cloud tools, security, and long-term planning.

Healthcare
Healthcare organizations depend on technology for communication, operations, patient information, and day-to-day care.
We help medical, dental, specialty practices, and other healthcare organizations strengthen cybersecurity, improve reliability, and support HIPAA-aligned technology environments.
Don’t see your industry?
That’s okay. We work with businesses and organizations throughout Colorado across a wide range of industries. What matters most is finding an IT model that fits the way your organization operates.

Colorado Real
Your IT Partner Should Know Your Business
Technology support works better when your MSP understands more than your ticket number.
We’re Colorado-based, and our approach is built around long-term relationships with the organizations we support.
Quick Response
When something goes wrong, getting help shouldn’t become another problem.
Our team responds quickly, communicates clearly, and works to understand your environment before you’re dealing with an emergency.
Extreme Partnership
We’re not interested in being a vendor you hear from when the contract renews.
We work alongside your leadership and employees, learn how your organization operates, and help technology support where you’re trying to go.
Colorado Real
Local team. Real people. Straight answers.
We support organizations throughout Denver and Colorado’s Front Range with people who understand the businesses and communities we serve.
Managed IT Services FAQs
What is a Managed Services Provider?
A Managed Services Provider, or MSP, manages and supports some or all of an organization’s technology environment. That can include employee IT support, devices, networks, cloud systems, cybersecurity, compliance, monitoring, maintenance, vendors, and technology strategy.
What's the difference between managed IT and IT support?
IT support is one component of managed IT. Traditional IT support often focuses on fixing problems when they happen. Managed IT takes a broader approach by continuously maintaining, monitoring, securing, supporting, and planning your technology environment.
What is co-managed IT?
Co-managed IT combines your internal IT team with the resources of an MSP. Your team keeps the responsibilities that make sense internally while the MSP provides additional tools, people, expertise, cybersecurity capabilities, coverage, or project support.
Do we need an MSP if we already have an IT person?
Possibly. In fact, that’s exactly what co-managed IT is designed for. An MSP can give an internal IT professional access to additional engineers, security specialists, monitoring platforms, help desk resources, compliance expertise, and coverage without requiring the organization to hire an entire additional team.
Can eCreek help with cybersecurity and compliance too?
Yes. Cybersecurity and compliance are integrated into our approach to managed IT, and eCreek also offers dedicated cybersecurity and compliance services for organizations that need deeper support.
What industries does eCreek IT work with?
We support businesses and organizations across many industries, with significant experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, construction, legal, nonprofit, healthcare, professional services, and other organizations where security, reliability, and compliance matter.
Where does eCreek provide managed IT services?
eCreek is based in Denver and supports organizations throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado’s Front Range, including communities such as Boulder, Golden, Lakewood, Centennial, Englewood, the Denver Tech Center, and Colorado Springs.
Can you replace our current IT company?
Yes. We regularly help organizations transition from another MSP or an informal IT arrangement. We can assess the existing environment, identify gaps, document systems, coordinate the transition, and build a managed IT plan around your organization.
