If you’re on a device with eCreek’s support software installed:
- Look for the eCreek Support icon in your taskbar (bottom-right of your screen).
You might need to click the ^ symbol to find it
- Click the icon and select “Log a Support Ticket.”
- Fill in the short form with:

- Your name and contact info
- Any screenshots that might help
- Hit Send.
- Once submitted, you will see the following message
