Option 1: The Easy Button (via Your Taskbar)

If you’re on a device with eCreek’s support software installed:

  1. Look for the eCreek Support icon in your taskbar (bottom-right of your screen).

  2. Click the icon and select “Log a Support Ticket.”

  3. Fill in the short form with:
    • A quick description of your issue
    • Your name and contact info
    • Any screenshots that might help

  4. Hit Send.
  5. Once submitted, you will see the following message
    • You’ll get a confirmation message and an email once it’s logged.
