eCreek’s customer service is the best we’ve ever had!  The level of expertise each rep has is far beyond any other service we’re had.  Colter is a gem of an employee and person, never let him go! We believe eCreek has listened to our needs as an office and taken those needs to individualize our service.  We bought budget friendly phones but eCreek has worked hard for us to develop and organize our system features so now we have a customized phone system! eCreek is not just composed of “salespeople”, they actually know what they’re doing and are well educated to be able to build you a custom phone system without all the add on pricing.  They are also available immediately for help during a regular workday which is a huge plus for any business!
